Healing Hope

I have been a life-long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. From the time I was little it seems like I've constantly had hard mountains to climb. Over the past 30 years I've found peace and joy along the difficult journeys. My parents divorced when I was a baby. My mom passed away when I was 7. I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 15. At 18 I struggled for a short time with cutting. I'm a survivor of verbal, emotional, spiritual and sexual abuse. After 6 years of struggling with infertility my husband and I were blessed with the adoption of our oldest, Emma. After another devastating loss and our 2nd miscarriage, we able to welcome our second child (also though adoption, both through Foster Care), Braxdon. Through all this I have held tight to my faith that Heavenly Father has a plan for me and loves me through it all. It has pulled me through hard times. I love sharing what I have learned through all of life's journeys.
